Colour print, 'The Valiant Clan, Consolidated B-24 Liberator, Pyramidiers Over Ploesti, The Squaw and Hail Columbia Battle into Astro Romana', is identified as copyright of Glenn Illustrations, Euless, Texas, 1974. The specification of the B-24 'Liberator' aeroplane in German was salvaged from England in 1943 by Frank Ashby and presented to Reed Cheek in 1976. B-24 'Boomerang' completed 53 missions and, at the time the photograph was taken, was due for a trip back to the United States, 4 April 1944. Colour print, 'The Valiant Clan, Consolidated B-24 Liberator, Pyramidiers Over Ploesti, The Squaw and Hail Columbia Battle into Astro Romana', is a copy from the original painting held by the Champlin Fighter Museum, Arizona.
