Copeman (Chairman of the 2nd Air Division Memorial Trust) and the Lord Mayor of Norwich to veterans thanking them for attending ceremonies to mark the opening of the American Room in Norwich and inviting them to attend the Annual Convention the next year, February 1964; from T. Copeman and T. C. Eaton (Chairman of Norwich Libraries Committee) to veterans giving information on making book purchases and donations for the American Room, undated.
