Contains correspondence relating to research into an article for the 2nd Air Division Association Journal about money given by ground crew to a widow with an infant. Includes correspondence with Jim Adovasio (including his resume), Roy Jonasson and Robert Seagle, 15 July 1982-18 January 1983. Includes photographs of Dr J.M. Adovasio, 1983, and Lena 'Lee' Adovasio, and a copy of a maintenance crew roster including Pvt. Adovasio, 13 February 1943. Also contains copies of news cuttings about the death of S/Sgt Adovasio and the donation of war bonds to his widow and son to provide for his education.
